SEA ANNOUNCES CARBON NEUTRAL PARTNERSHIP AND ISO 14001 ACCREDITATION

SEA is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Carbon Neutral as part of its commitment to reduce the impact of SEA’s operations on the environment. SEA has committed to a carbon offset that exceeds our annual CO2-equivalent emissions, which provides support to both the WA-based Yarra Yarra Biodiversity Corridor reforestation project and a renewable energy project in India.

SEA has also recently been accredited to ISO 14001 for its Environmental Management System, which complements our existing ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 accreditations. The ISO 14001 accreditation formalises our existing practice of embedding environmental objectives into our engineering workflow, striving for optimised design outcomes that have the lowest possible environmental impact.

As a technology-centric engineering group, SEA maintains a keen interest in the rapidly changing energy sector, and looks forward to applying the ICE Platform, our proprietary automated engineering platform, to the many challenges ahead.

SEA welcomes Malcolm Reeson (hyperlink) to the Perth team, in a new role as the Front End Consulting Manager.

Malcolm brings a wealth of regional experience in navigating the critical decisions during front-end and concept phase studies. This is a natural complement to SEA’s expertise with automated engineering using the ICE Platform to improve decision confidence and quantify the impact of uncertainty. A week in and already busy on multiple projects, Malcolm will help to position SEA for further growth in the Front End space and provide a valuable sounding board across all project phases.

For more information about SEA’s capabilities and how the ICE Platform can transform how you approach engineering problems please get in touch.
